The EINSTEIN II final European dissemination conference on 29th May 2012 in Brussels celebrated the success of EINSTEIN I and II bringing together key European policy and energy stakeholders. The final conference informed developing EU policy and promoted understanding of the issues. This was an opportunity for delegates to contribute to the discussions on thermal energy and the upcoming European Directives specifically addressed to this topic.

The Austrian Energyagency and AEE INTEC are organizing within EINSTEIN an
expert conference on Smart Production on 20 October 2011 in Graz.
This conference summarizes results of EINSTEIN Audits and give detailled
technical information on how to make heat production and consumption in
industrial companies more sustainable.
In addition companies from the metal and food sector provide information on
their strategy to save energy.
The conference language is german.

The EINSTEIN II User and Developer Day (30th May 2012) established a community of EINSTEIN users and developers whereby:
- Users presented and exchanged experiences about the EINSTEIN methodology in practice
- Developers presented and discussed new features and planned new activities
The EINSTEIN user and developer day formed an important element towards a community-development strategy for the EINSTEIN project.
The event took place in Brussels at the West Midlands European Centre, 22-28 Avenue d’Auderghem, 6th Floor, 1040 Brussels. For more information, click here.
